On 21 August CWO Leaman, MMM, CD, conducted a handover of appointment as the 4th Cdn Div CWO to CWO J.R.D. Lapointe, MMM, CD. CWO Leamon, seen here with his wife Rhonda and MGen Cadden, Colonel of The Regment of The RCD, gave an eloquent and humorous speech to the assembled crowd. He and Rhonda are posted to Allied Land Command NATO, Ismir Turkey. Best of luck!
