The Regimental Family is saddened to convey the passing of Regimental Sergeant-Major (Retd) Roy Lynk on 10 September of Medford NS.
Roy was the model of a gentlemen that everyone tried to emulate, and supported the Regimental family at every turn. He served as the RCD RSM from June 1987 until July 1990, the first years after the Regiment’s return to Canada from Germany.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 2:00 pm in the Emmanuel United Church, Kingsport NS with a reception to follow. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
