Per our bylaws this will cover the 2022 financial report, voting on new Directors and Officers to the Board as required, charitable program reports and corporate updates/changes. A complete agenda will be posted when available. Previous AGM minutes are posted at this link.
The AGM will be followed by the Board’s first quarterly meeting for 2023.
