UPDATE 5Feb: In coordination with the family, the service for Eugene is scheduled for 1100 hours (EST) on 20 May 2023 at Beachwood National Military Cemetery, Ottawa ON with a reception at a local legion after (TBC). Coordination for official Regimental attendance is still being coordinated
